Culture comes to Short Pump at the second annual Heart the Arts Fest 2012 on Sunday, June 24, from 12 - 5pm in the heart of West Broad Village. This FREE street festival features a line-up of live music and dance performances, artist demos, games and hands-on projects, along with luscious food offerings and all kinds of festival fun.
