Birthdays at CMoR - Party Activities

Party Schedule

All Birthday parties are 90 minutes in length. This is just a sample schedule for a typical party. Each birthday buddy works hard to individualize each party based on age and activity requests.
For more information on games and activities see our birthday party activity list below!

First 10 to 15 Minutes:
Introduction and Warm Up - This will be an opportunity for parents and children to get to know their assigned Birthday Buddy while working on a coloring sheet or art project while waiting for all guests to arrive.

30 to 45 Minutes:
Game Time! Your Birthday Buddy will help facilitate a variety of age appropriate games, musical activities, and stories to engage all children at the party!

15 Minutes:
Cake and Food - If you decide to bring in cake or food this is the opportunity to serve the children and blow out candles. The Birthday Buddy will lead a round of Happy Birthday and assist in serving food.

15 Minutes :
Gifts or a Game - It is up to the parents whether they would like to spend time opening presents during the birthday party. If not this will be another opportunity for another game or activity.

10 Minutes :
Closing Activities - The Birthday Buddy will lead a small activity to close out the party and have the guests enjoy the rest of the day exploring the museum.
